Big Enough to Manage, Small Enough to Care
Since our humble beginnings in 2011, Redrock Automation has grown from strength to strength. From a single distribution centre to now operating on a global platform with depots strategically located in specific regions around the globe, we’re proud to service the markets in need of the unique service we bring.
WELDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
Our expertise is in welding automation solutions.
Starting out, our focus was supplying the oil and gas industry. In the years following, client enquiries have led our small team to expand our operations to meet demand. As of current, we’re an established welding automation equipment supplier to the oil and gas sector, renewable energy, specialist fabrication shops, the defence sector and many more.
We currently serve clients in the UK from our Glasgow-based HQ with separate divisions strategically located in France, Holland, Spain and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In November 2023, we’re proud to announce the opening of our brand new facility in Holland – RedRock Europe BV.
From our global bases, we’re committed to providing quality service and welding automation machinery on a short- and long-term rental basis, with others taking advantage of our financing options to bring our equipment into their processes.
Our location and industry expertise have allowed us to shape the Redrock customer care to suit our client requirements. We continue to invest heavily in our fleet, which has doubled in size in just the last three years. As a result, we’re now able to service more clients worldwide with fast delivery, reliable machinery and our in-house expertise in streamlining processes to maximise the value of the equipment we supply. Our supplies are tailored to client budgets with some opting to buy from us outright benefiting from our strong guarantee and service aftercare, with others opting for short or long-term rental options that are ideal for keeping projects within budget.
Staff training has always been high on our priority list and shows with our excellence in customer care. Customers are taken care of from initial point of contact, regardless who they speak to and are pointed to industry experts who can offer the most bespoke advice tailored to their industry.
Despite our massive growth in the past 8-years, we remain a small company but with a global impact. Our equipment is powering production lines of wind turbines, being used to roll out bullet tanks for liquified natural gas distribution, in the construction of lead and zinc kettles and other pressure vessel heads used for the safe distribution of natural fuels contributing to lowering carbon emissions – all the while improving the health and safety of every workforce we interact with.
For an independent company with a small team, we’ve become big enough to manage the supply and demand for our equipment, while still being small enough to provide the individualised tailored customer care that we firmly believe is a huge factor in our rapid growth across the globe.
We care about the quality of our machinery, reliability, effectiveness and the training provided to ensure our equipment is put to the best use possible. The attention to detail we provide is what makes our service standout. We take the time to inquire about existing processes, discuss project goals and tailor our service and equipment to match the needs of the process it needs integrated to in order to achieve the intended objectives.
Whatever industry you’re in, if fabrication is involved, chances are, we’re able to service your industry and deliver an outstanding experience contributing to your project goals.
